The principles at the center of my ethical statement are integrity, loyalty, empathy, patience, and peace. My personality, temperament, and behavior are shaped by these fundamental qualities. They serve as my core, giving me the strength to be an honorable, helpful, and capable leader, family member, partner, coworker, and friend, someone who others can rely on to make moral decisions. I can lead by example by uniting my external behavior with my internal principles. My life's work has been to actively build these qualities.

These next values shape my personal leadership ethics statements and the code by which I intentionally and firmly strive to uphold. I will abide by the laws, rules, and regulations of my community, school, work, and country. I will conduct myself with integrity and honesty and will openly take responsibility for my actions, and only make agreements, which I intend to keep. I will not intentionally engage in or participate in any form of malicious harm to another person. I will remain open minded about other people’s ideas, choices, and religious beliefs. I will practice thoughtful self-control when responding to others. I will continue to learn, observe, read, connect, listen, and search for knowledge.
